Refund Policy

1. General Policy

 

DRS Conditioning provides personalised coaching, training programs, and performance assessments. Due to the individual and time-based nature of these services, refunds are limited as outlined below.

 

By purchasing a service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
 

 

 

2. Personal Training & Assessments

 

 

Single Sessions

 

  • Payments for completed sessions or assessments are non-refundable.

  • If cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows are non-refundable.
     

 

 

3. Coaching Programs (Fixed Duration)

 

 

Before Program Start

 

If cancellation occurs before the official program start date:

 

  • A full refund may be issued, minus any administrative or transaction fees.

 

 

After Program Start

 

Once a coaching program has started:

 

  • Refunds are generally not provided.

  • In exceptional cases (e.g., documented medical inability to continue), partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of DRS Conditioning.

 

Refund calculations may consider:

 

  • Time elapsed

  • Coaching work already delivered

  • Assessments completed

  • Administrative costs
     

 

 

4. Online Coaching & Digital Products

 

Due to the immediate access to training materials and intellectual property:

 

  • Digital products, downloadable programs, and online coaching services are non-refundable once delivered.

 

If technical issues prevent access, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access.
 

 

 

5. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal (FAGG)

 

If you are a consumer within the European Union and purchase services online, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).

 

However:

 

  • If you expressly request that services begin within the 14-day withdrawal period, and

  • You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed,

 

Then the right of withdrawal may expire once service delivery has started or been completed.

6. Payment Disputes

 

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and transparently.
